THE CITY OF NEW YORK, AND WESTCHESTERY COUNTY.
Benchmark Title Agency, a full-service title company, has been designated as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by Empire State Development, New York State’s chief economic development agency, and by the City of New York, Department of Small Business Services, and also by Westchester County.
