PATRICIA LAPORTA
Patricia “Trish” LaPorta brings over 30 years of legal and title underwriting expertise to Benchmark.
Before joining Benchmark, Trish served as New York State Underwriting Counsel and held key leadership positions at full-service title insurance companies, where she managed statewide and national title and settlement services. She provides high-level underwriting expertise on both commercial and residential transactions.
Trish has built a stellar reputation for her deep knowledge of the industry, offering invaluable guidance to agents and clients alike. She has been a featured speaker at numerous continuing legal education (CLE) and agent licensing programs, sharing her insights on title insurance and real estate matters.
Trish earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. She is a proud member of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
