Frank La Barbera is delighted to be one of the newest members of the Benchmark Title Team! Most recently with a major underwriter, he appreciates the enhanced customer service title agency provides. Prior to the entering the title insurance industry Frank was a successful owner of franchise for KFC Corporation, where he oversaw operations of multi-unit restaurants for twenty years. His knowledge of the business world and the importance of customer service skills gave him an easy transition into the customer service centric title industry. Frank has also closed titles for many title agencies as well as direct insurers over the last ten years and knows the title business inside and out. Here at Benchmark Franks primary role is in sales where he has an active book of clients who know he delivers excellent customer service – which make Benchmark and Frank standout from the competition.
