Thirty year title veteran and Benchmark co-founder, Tom has extensive experience as an underwriter and as an agent. He is committed to excellent customer service. Tom is active in the community and has sponsored organizations including Westhab and the Westchester County Bar Association.
Jean Partridge Chief Counsel
Benchmark co-founder and principal, Jean Partridge, has been in the title business for over twenty years. She and Tom have been working together since 1985. She is committed to providing clients with the most accurate information possible. Jean stays current on industry trends by active memberships in many professional organizations and is currently chairwoman of the New York State Land Title Association's Land Records Subcommittee for the Hudson Valley region. She lectures frequently on title and related issues throughout Westchester County. Jean is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.

Christine began her title career with an underwriter fifteen years ago.  She attributes her success in the industry to having learned the business from the ground up. She is dedicated to knowing her clients and helping them grow their businesses. Through her diligence and determination she supports various organizations in New York City and Westchester County.  In doing so, Christine has developed business relationships with many legal and financial institutions as well as an arrray of developers. Integrity and service are the cornerstones of Christine's business.
Melissa Colavito Senior Vice President
Melissa is an industry-recognized sales executive who handles a large territory and has a loyal client following. She has been in the title industry for over twelve years and is a member of numerous organizations, allowing her to unite developers, lenders and attorneys. Her strength is in strategic introductions for her clients, which helps them increase their businesses. She works with senior level executives to coordinate Benchmark’s largest transactions.

Julio Arias Office Manager and Sales Executive
Julio Arias has broad experience in the technology field with networks, servers, system integration, telecommunications and management. He has provided information technology support in various capacities for 20 years. Julio is responsible for providing technology planning, systems management and general office administration for Benchmark Title Agency. He also works collaboratively with management and the sales team. Julio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a technical degree in Electronics/Computer Technology, MCSE, MCP, and A+ Certifications.

Willa Sinistore Senior Clearance Officer
Willa began her career in the title insurance industry twenty-three years ago with Security Title and Guaranty Company. She later joined First American Title Insurance Company of New York, where she remained until joining Benchmark in 2005. During the course of her career, Willa has become a versatile, knowledgeable title officer able to work with clients on a wide range of projects, from the most basic real estate transaction to complex commercial transactions.
Jennifer Noto Senior Clearance Officer
Jennifer has almost twenty years of experience in the title insurance industry. She joined Benchmark in 2006. Her versatile experience examining, reading and clearing titles and managing a recording department allows her to assist clients in many aspects.
